As the days grow shorter and the skies dimmer, many of us in the Nordic countries are bracing for the winter months. This will be my second winter in Denmark, and like many, I find it challenging to wake up in darkness and leaving work feels like night-shift. It can weigh heavily on our mood and overall well-being.
