Values-based life - at Novo Nordisk HQ

Reflecting on our own values in a country where the values of the society are high up in the Barrett values hierarchy is more than energizing.

I had the joy to think, work and act together with 30+ amazing women at PWN's workshop last week Novo Nordisk in Copenhagen.

One important reflection of the evening: even if our personal values are more toward the top of the ladder, focusing on how we can contribute to the world and not only on ourselves - there are and will be period in our life when this focus will move back to ourselves. Just like when you move to Denmark, start a new carrier, trying to start a new life, friends, hobbies and it's not coming as easy as you wished for. It's OK. You're OK.
