Your Thinking Partner stands for competency, compassion and curiosity, offering a safe harbour for leaders and teams to be able to reflect and deep dive for their better self and impact their environment for a meaningful and sustainable future.
I am passionate about human possibilities, what can be discovered via dialogue, in safe and deep connections. Understanding you instead of analysing the problems, offering support and challenge that enables you to think beyond the obvious problems and create a new reality for yourself and your business.
In an ever changing world, being fully present brings so much value in a relationship that the unexpected can happen, the unprecedented can become reality and the impossible opens up for potential.
Learning to connect your brain, body, emotions with your stories, will make you more aware of the present and more ready for the future.
We can learn for decades but never as much as from with meeting the right sparring partner. Together we search for your authentic questions, not the answers first.

"I am grateful for the time we spent together, not only because Dora guided me through a rough period, with her open mind, supportive approach and always asking the right questions; but in her I got to know a kind and super knowledgeable person, who calms minds already with her presence, able to read from the smallest signs and translate metacommunicative language into words, expressions and action."
COO, NN Insurance
“I’ve been working with Dora over several months and I enjoyed every minute of it! She created a safe, but constructive atmosphere in which I was able to explore all my limiting beliefs and opportunities. She was with me every second of the journey supporting me with her “invisible touch”. The work with Dora was providing me focus, a very strong desire and lot of energy to work harder on achieving my goal. This experience was contributing big time to the fact, that I’ve started to move and develop into a direction which I didn’t think I would be able or brave enough to do before…”

Supervision is a fundamental process, a learning environment and a necessary support for professionals who work with people. This process is a means to better understand cases, to reflect on the situation and relationship, to orient oneself in the process.
As supervisor I offer a safe relationship of support and feedback, to enhance your awareness around your professional work and connection with people, with a focus on the system, process, responsibility, boundaries and power.
Often we must be satisfied with having planted a seed. Most importantly, we need to have faith in the process of our work, the fact that important changes will take place in small units if we just hang in there with the person.

Gestalt encourages self-awareness and acceptance.
Gestalt is a German word that loosely translated means "to become whole". By gaining greater awareness of the different parts of themselves and accepting these parts rather than labeling them wrong or banish them, the Gestalt approach results in a sense of being more fully yourself.
I offer a safe connection to be able to connect with yourself and have transformative conversations that can create long-lasting change in your life.
Briefly stated, it is this: that change occurs when one becomes what he is, not when he tries to become what he is not. Change does not take place through a coercive attempt by the individual or by another person to change him, but it does take place if one takes the time and effort to be what he is — to be fully invested in his current positions. By rejecting the role of change agent, we make meaningful and orderly change possible

Even if I do nothing more than be a real presence for someone, I at least affirm the other person’s experiential validity. This affirmation is “therapeutic”, not only because the person grows to appreciate his intrinsic nature, but also because he develops the courage to push against his boundaries and test new behaviours.
